Heavy-Duty FRP Grating is a high-strength fiberglass grating developed for applications where standard pedestrian grating may not provide sufficient load capacity or span performance.
The grating uses reinforced bearing bars and a corrosion-resistant resin system to support heavier concentrated, line or uniformly distributed loads. Compared with steel grating, it provides a lighter and corrosion-resistant flooring solution that requires no regular painting or galvanizing.
Heavy-duty FRP grating can be supplied in pultruded or molded construction. Pultruded grating provides high directional strength for longer spans, while heavy-duty molded grating provides multidirectional load distribution and flexibility for complex panel layouts.
