Typical production lead time is 15–30 working days after order confirmation and deposit. The final lead time depends on product type, quantity, customization and production schedule.

標準寸法は 1.22×2.44m、1.22×3.66m、1×4m です。
質問 2：FRP グレーチングのサイズはカスタマイズ可能ですか？
標準寸法の範囲内でサイズ変更に対応可能です。標準範囲を超える場合は、複数枚に分割して製作いたします。
質問 3：FRP グレーチングを自身で切断するのは簡単ですか？
はい、簡単です。必要なサイズに目印をつけ、ディスクグラインダーで切断してください。切断方法によって材料ロスの量が異なる点にご留意ください。
質問 4：カスタマイズした FRP グレーチングはすべて縁取り加工されていますか？
標準サイズのグレーチングは全周縁取り加工が施されています。特注サイズの場合、縁取り加工は一律ではなく、三辺、対辺、隣接辺の加工に分かれます。格子穴の位置で切断した場合は縁取り加工がなくなります。最適な縁取り加工サイズについてはカスタマーサービスまでお問い合わせください。また、別途 1 メートル単位で料金が発生する縁封じ加工もご利用いただけます。
質問 5：FRP グレーチング本体とカバーは同じものですか？
いいえ、異なります。FRP グレーチング本体は穴が開いており通水性がありますが、カバーは表面が模様付き板材で密閉されています。ご希望のタイプを明確にご指定ください。
質問 6：FRP グレーチングカバーの標準厚さはいくらですか？
大半のグレーチングカバーの標準厚さは 1mm で、ご要望に応じて厚くすることも可能です。

国家規格品のグレーチングは、リブ上部幅が 7mm、下部幅が 5mm です。非規格品は上部幅 6mm、下部幅 4.5mm となります。成形品の脱型時に多少の寸法誤差が生じるのは正常です。

FRP grating is primarily manufactured from continuous glass fiber reinforcement, a thermosetting resin system, pigments and selected functional additives. Resin type and formulation are selected according to corrosion resistance, flame-retardant, UV and project requirements.

196 樹脂、3301 樹脂、901 樹脂など複数の樹脂がございます。耐酸、耐アルカリ、耐食、耐高温など特殊な要求がある場合は事前にご連絡ください。適切な樹脂を選定いたします。
質問 12：一部の FRP グレーチング表面に細かい亀裂が見られるのはなぜですか？
Minor surface variations may occur due to the molding process, but they must not affect structural integrity or intended performance. Each panel undergoes visual and dimensional inspection before shipment. Products with structural cracks, exposed reinforcement or unacceptable defects will not be released.
質問 13：FRP グレーチングの表面と裏面の特徴は何ですか？
FRP グレーチングの表面は滑らかで平らです。裏面には繊維糸が見え、表面に比べて見栄えは劣ります（車の底部のような状態です）が、製品は経済的で耐久性に優れています。

質問 2：保証期間はどのくらいですか？
We provide a three-year limited product warranty, subject to the agreed specifications, installation conditions and operating environment. Expected service life is separate from the warranty period and depends on resin type, load, UV exposure, chemical environment and maintenance conditions.
