1. Phenolic FRP Grating Product Description
Phenolic FRP Grating is a fiberglass-reinforced structural grating manufactured with a phenolic resin system. Compared with standard polyester or vinyl ester FRP grating, it is developed for applications requiring stronger fire performance, lower smoke generation and reduced toxic fume emissions.
The grating combines fire-safety performance with corrosion resistance, electrical non-conductivity and a high strength-to-weight ratio. It can be supplied in molded or pultruded construction according to the required load, clear span, panel layout and installation environment.
Typical applications include offshore platforms, ship decks, emergency access routes, oil and gas facilities, petrochemical plants, tunnels and industrial walkways.
